Introduction[]
Farming will be an important topic for many players to stay well fed and even the most daring warriors if they want to fight with more than a simple stick with a sharpened stone at the end.
Requirements[]
For the farming process you need a Hoe, Seeds, Fertilizer, Water and a Field to do it on.
Process[]
The tooltip of a seed shows which amount of fertilizer and water is needed for it to grow as well as how much porosity is needed to plant it. In oposition - a field will show you its status when looking at at.
Water can be added through water barrels. To use them drag them into your hotbar and press the according button. Empty barrels can be filled at any water source on the map while you are standing in it and using the barrel. On some fields it can be replenished by rain or by operating a Well nearby.
Fertilizer will be replenished over time or can be applied while standing on the field and using the item just like the water barrels.
If you managed to keep water and the different kinds of fertilizer above zero you will have a perfect harvest. If any of the two conditions is not met at any point in the growth process they will turn into a poor harvest which means you will get way less yield out of it.
Once the crops are harvested they will remain as a unusable plant which will disappear after while or they can be destroyed to regain some fertilizer.

There are no necessary skills for the farming process. However there are many skills that reduce the time and resource cost as well as increasing yields.
Advanced[]
Fertilizer, Water and Tools[]
There are currently three different types of fertilizer in the game which all can be made from the Stone Mill. Green, Organic and Ash fertilizer. Basic and Common of each. Basic will add 100 pts to your fertilizer count while Common will add 200 pts when added. Fields can only be fertilized 100 times before you cant anymore so you have to watch which crop needs more of a certain fertiziler than others. If you cap out at 100 you will no longer be able to add more. It slowly takes time to fall off.
Water: There are two barrels that can be made to trasnport water. Wooden Barrel ( Add 200 pts ) and Large Barrel ( Add 500 pts of water ). You pull from rivers/lakes.
